There are lots of theories on the best way to make yogurt, but here was this attempt:
4 Cups whole milk warmed to baby bottle warm temperature. (If you stick your elbow in it, it feels like warm bath water.)
2 Tbsp yogurt with live active cultures.
Add the yogurt to the milk in the pot. Put the lid on. Leave it in the wonder-whatever for 8-12 hours.
It worked marvelously. Best results for yogurt I’ve ever had, including in the yogurt maker.
